Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout, using a flat rate across Australia. We are currently only shipping Australia wide.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking (if applicable)
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return Shipping (if applicable)
If your return is approved, when shipping back to us (at your own cost)

FREE SHIPPING

Please note - while we do offer FREE SHIPPING in Australia for order over $200AUD, some exclusions apply. This includes Tall Boots or boots/shoes with big oversized boxes. You will be charged a fee of $20+ for these items.
